Today I rode to a course in Para from the Gong, as such I was on the Freeway and Motorway a fair amount of the trip and found myself at a fairly constant rev, I intend on riding more on the Freeway to work as well.
With this in mind and having just finished breaking in my 250, albeit a contraversial subject, one thing seemed to be common in people thoughts was that whilst breaking in you should avoid riding at constant revs (which I did....pretty well anyway ).
Does this apply after break in as well? (hope I didn't open up the "break-in can'o'worms")
Is there an optimum or preferred rev range to sit in (obviously I can change up or down gears to sit at a lower or higher rev rate)?
