An ER4-N, ER4-F model are revealed, with the magazine claiming they are to be introduced later this year. Like the ER6, the ER4 models will be parallel twins

I don't know why they just don't use the ER-5 engine 500cc learner legal with a whooping 43kw output! Thats gotta be better than the 400.

Why would you get an ER-4 when i can get an ER-6NL or 650R? bduh.gif

I doubt the 400 would be any quicker than the 600's :?

but i suppose its for those who dont wanna / cant ride 250's and dont want 600's.... picky bastards! :kuda:

Rego costs in Japan are significantly cheaper in japan for 400cc and under bikes, hence they have simply launched a 400cc version of our er6

Correct Hoffy, it's just a sleeved down 650 engine too, so it weighs the same!

Pinchy and the Hoff have nailed it, 400's are by far the biggest sellers in Japan. In fact just about every bike in Japan comes in a 400cc version as well.

Doubt it will ever come here, thats what we have the 650L models for.
