Can it be done?

I sat on my mate's 2009 zx6r Monster Energy edition, and it feels so much better with the low handlebars. Surprised how heavy it was though. And damn it sounds sweet.

So yeh, can you drop the handlebars on a 2009 Ninja 250R?

Can be done... I have seen a few forums online where guys have installed clip ons. Some like, some don't. Google Ninja 250 Clip on's and see where it takes you... I think I even saw a full pic right up of one dude who did it... Looked like a bit of a job to me...

Hear what your saying tho.. I'm over the riding position.. Was good for maybe the first month, now I slide my arse back as far as I possibly can.. Almost sitting as a pillion lol... For that matter I want new rear sets.. Way to easy to scrape them there pegs...

Yeah you can, i have a ninja 250 2008 and the handle bars have been replaced. Woodcraft 50mm riser high. Its great cos im 6'2. You can also replace the pillion seat with a custom seat brace so your ass wont go back further.

Thats what it looks like:

Exhaust has also bee replaced with a suzuki ... baffle(nuts) cos the stock sounds like a fly in a beer can :)

Yeah i just ordered a set of Woodcraft Clip-ons. Did a trackday. Felt shit. Got new bars and also waiting on delivery for rearsets. Won't bother with an exhaust, no good sounding fast when it isnt.

Napper, I agree. Only reason I might change the exhaust is because the stock one looks really gay.

Where did you order your woodcraft clipons?
