out of my group there were 8 guys one 1 guy made it thru the u turn i rode outside of the line and the other 6 guys put there foot down scoring points the guy who had made it was using the hired bike CB250 i think it was everyone else were on hyosung GTR250-650,honda CBR250,kawasaki ZXR250 and a virgo during the practice runs none of us could make the U turn it seemed impossible we watched the lady (instructor) do it she had to lean right over to the left over the bike and lean the bike right over to the right to do the right hand U turnI don't necessarily agree though gazza. You are always better off doing it on your own bike I think. It's the thing you're most familiar and comfortable with and any LAMS bike will easily go through the Uturn with practise. Students tend to get all panicky about making the Uturn but it really is no big deal.
