Intro but not much of a noob

Well, hello all. Some of you know me, some of you don't. Figured I should pop on here & post my pics from Sunday's F-X race at EC, especially after re-meeting a few of you (met for the first time at the christmas party 2010... and others I just know from other forums).

So, my nickname... given for a good bout of throwing up when still at school (i.e. has an eating disorder), nothing to do with my sex or my look. Though the bleached blonde at the moment does, I guess, provide an air of modeldom. The rest of my looks... don't

I have many bikes, none of which are Kawasakis... but I also a) enjoy riding MIZ's 250R, it's a hoot of a bike and b) I did buy her CR31s for her 250R for Valentines Day. So it's not like I don't ever fondle them.

I generally have Suzukis (boo, hiss), though most of the time is spent slutting around on a Ducati, which tends to do very un-Ducati things, like not really break down and gets ridden in the rain, snow, cold, heat, sun and on whatever and whereever I feel like taking it. Though at the moment I'm super lazy and mainly ride it around and around in circles.

Other bikes: 91 GSX-R 750, which is a work in progress... and an awesome postie bike, which is just awesome. I also do the fettling for MIZ's growing bike collection & generally showing her how to do stuff cause it's easier to teach it once than have to fix stuff repeatedly :). Helps she's a good learner at these things.

Catch you at the track or wherever else sometime :).

If by which you mean the trackday on the 28th, nah, will have some work shenanigans on then. Wackyfield 22nd July looking promising on both MIZ's RGV250 and my Monster, though.

Not sure how much chance I'll get to do EC till around late Sept :(.

Less working on it and more using it as a stand for many, many items. Just a long list of shit to fix with it.
Namely: the alternator is rooted, which is a bastard of a job on that era gixxer. It also used 1.2L of oil at Wakefield in November - all entirely sucked down on overrun. So the valve stem seals and valve guides need doing. The chrome is flaking a bit on the cams, so they should get some attention too. The wiring is a bit poop, so that definitely needs attention.

Though I have a spare head (1990 - so I can run hotter cams) and some FCRs for it, so all is not so bad. And I've been chatting with APE in the states about some of the right bits for it.

Considering the Monster is now such a weapon on the track and a brilliant day-to-day bike, I can survive with taking my time with the gixxer.

P.S. still can't believe you had exactly the right wheel for my trailer to get me back from T'cutta that time :D.

That was one mighty fluke you posting up and then me reading it shortly after... 8)
Still can't believe you went to Tassy without a spare.

Just did a quick trip to collect a few more spare bits for the 9, catch up with a mate and his new shiela, collect more bits on the way back through Melbourne.
Had a "recliner" for the trip over but couldn't take another night on those so got a bed for the return.

Didn't go to Tassie - only Melbourne. Was a borrowed trailer, borrowed at the last minute.

My own trailer, which I have now... has 3 very suitable light truck tyres :0. Tows very nicely.

You know I could post pictures of you without pants, but then that'd prove that I had both taken them and then kept them...lets not go there

...and if you aren't stalking me then who are you stalking? Are they any good? Should I stalk them too?

The first rule about stalking is... we don't talk about who we're stalking.
The second rule about stalking is... WE DON'T TALK ABOUT WHO WE'RE STALKING.
The third rule of stalking is... if it's your first time stalking, you have to stalk.
