New here with a new ZRX12 from Melb

Gday all,
Picked up my 08 ZRX a couple of weeks ago & thought I would start milking your minds...

Its stock standard at the moment with a can on order for the first service.
Sadly my Father inlaw passed away the week I picked it up, so it has only done 200km.

So I picked it up & parked it in the lounge room.
It got a smile from my wife when she got home & I told her I bought her a lamp & turned the head light on.

I cant wait for the smiles it will bring when all is well....

Seiko1- My Mrs is going very well & has organised a day out with some girl friends, so I will be going down to the island for a day trip.
Let me know if you want to come along? I will be going with a couple of Ducati's so it would be good to have another green bike in the group.One is a mate of mine & I don't know the other so another stranger to meet would be nice.
The ZRX needs a good high way run to run it in. I really want to rev it.....But I have been a good boy...

As for milking your minds- I have had bikes most of my life but I have never really got into setting them up regarding the bouncy bits. So I will head into the boards soon asking some dumb questions... I usually adapt to the bike but this time I want it to adapt to me.

Also things like what to pull out of the air box & stuff like that.

I know its a bit shit with the traffic so it will be day with the Mrs on the back.
