Thanks for the replies everyone. I've just had a major service on the bike, next service it goes in for I'll mention it. I thought it was unusual at the time, we'll see what they say. 8)

The owner's manual for my Z750 says you shouldn't idle for any longer than a few minutes or it might overheat. I guess some bikes stay cooler than others.

When they are back in stock, should we do a bulk buy ?
I've spent over 40 years of my life riding bikes .... the rest of it, I wasted ..
If it's got wheels or tits, it's gonna give you trouble !

im gonna wait till they bring out the mini dave3, easier to fit in the ventura bag ;)

a good tip when i ride, even thought im just a beginner and not sure if this has been put up, but esp for the supersport bikes, when coming to a bump or pot hole and you cant dodge it, get of the seat a few cm's to absorb the impact,

this one is good for the fellas ;)

that is indeed a good piece of advice fadz, ZX6R tanks are hard and i know from experience... :shock:

Yeah - I like my handy dave3 at full size :D
Also, if you put him in the ventura bag, there's no room for everyone else's luggage (ala oxley trip) :lol:

I do share him around a fair bit, and he is available for rent at the right price...

Should I be waiting for the Dave3 to come out? What will Cath have to say about this? Is her new avatar her preferred post op look so that Dave3 will still fancy her?
