Hi Alison

Congrats on the new bike, just take it easy and don't push yourself and you'll improve your confidence in no time. :)

Hi Alison, and welcome to the club, lots of good advice given already!! :D

Hi Allison,

Welcome aboard.

At slow speeds try using more or only rear brake and ride the clutch a bit. The rear brake will give you more stability at slow speeds. Vacant car parks or industrial areas on Sundays are a good place to practice. Like everything new, give it a little time and you will wonder what you were worried about.
