Hi everyone. Ive been looking through the forum and have seen some really kool bikes. I've always loved the Z's. Recently Im the proud owner of a Z650 F1 series. Ive had it for a year and been tweaking it here an there. My bride calls it the other woman! Working my up to a Z900 or z1000. Working on my next project. Z650 converted to a 750. Looking for more chrome and painting it the Vuclan VN900 metalic green. Hope to be able to get some words of wisdom from some Z gurus out there as Im going through the rebuild. Hard to find a true old skool z expert! many thanks! looking forward to talking to to similar enthusists.
Regards

Cheers all!
Tx Mick love the z lots of chrome (drewwwwl!)

Is it a B series? I've always loved the chrome spokes. Not a big fan of the alloy rims.

Yup, it's a B1 with plenty of extra chromed and polished bits, a Yoshi 720cc kit and a really crappy paintjob which is somewhere next on the to-do list

Wow so you've bored out the 650 to a 700. I was thinkig of the same but using a wiseco kit. Much of a difference in grunt? What do you get with a Yoshi kit?

No idea, the previous owner did it along with pretty much a full rebuild of the engine and I reaped the benefits
