Bugger ZX6R 2008 lost key

Postby gazza2008au » Thu Nov 14, 2019 5:12 pm

Hey guys my cousin bought this super sexy ZX6R 2008 about 9 months ago but he hardly rides it and i personally think someone has flogged his key to flog the bike but he is unsure

He said he had another key cut as a spare but has just become aware the spare also needs the chip, the lost key is the main key

The bike is registered in his name and was just renewed he has been googling but is now considering parting the bike out as from his searchs there are no options

What can he do?

A mate of mine lost the chip from his car key, and a contact of mine here sorted it for ~$250 (including new central locking widget on the key etc.)

Keep looking - there are guys that can sort it.

Powercommander is just a piggybacked tuning module, so no it doesn't replace the ecu.
Ostan Lock advertises on ebay, which may hint at prices!!
