Hi guys doing a zx10r 05 swingarm conversion on my zx7r p1 and need some spacers made, already have the plans but it has the specs for the 20mm flanged bolt and 30mm lock nut that go on either end of the pivot bolt, any one got a 04/05 zx10r and able to measure there's so I can figure out if I need these made up or if stock items will work, also any one know what grade alloy I should have the spacers made in and where on the central coast I can have it done that wont cost me the earth. Thanks guys

I added lots of good info/links & pics in this thread>

The swingarm pivot bolt slides in from the right & the adjuster is normally on the right also, I would recomend having the hex section of the swingarm pivot bolt skimmed down to 20mm in a lathe then just use a (20mmIDx40mmODx10mm) spacer where the hex section was & dont use the ZX10 adjuster setup

You can buy a Kawasaki OEM spacer the same as the left side (( 92152-1234 )) for under $10 & run that in the right side & use a spacer to align your swingarm either way on the side needed if necessary?>

What swingarm measurements do you need? There should be no wear & tear on the spacers at all so just about any (reasonable) aluminium should do, Most machine/hydraulic/engineering shops should have some good aluminium stock, There is always an old dirty engineering shop in every town with a lathe, Just google & ring around, If you can print out the plans & show them it will help them to work out a price
