ZX7R Coil Packs

I'v had my 7r for almost a year now, and I'm loving it. I noticed when I first did a service on the bike that the high tension lead boots were cracked, but it didn't seem to be affecting the performance, so I made a mental note to find a set and replace them... and promptly forgot about them, but now i seem to be bleeding spark, and my bike is running a little rough because of this. I'v been quoted at $360
for new coil packs (with leads) but I'm wondering if anyone's been able to replace just the leads? If so, where'd you get them from? I have had a look, but finding aftermarket leads for bikes isn't as easy as it is for cars
