leaking zx2r tank

hey guys, im new the forums and im hoping to find some technical help.
i have an 89 zx2r (A model), and she is leaking petrol. its leaking from a bleed nipple on the right side of that tank (at the bottom). it looks like there is supposed to be a hose on this nipple but for the life of me i couldnt find anything in the area that looked like it was missing its home..lol. its a consistent drip. can anyone steer me in the right direction?
also im going to service it, where can i get air filters, fuel filters etc?, do they have bike stuff at repco and the like?

can you show some pic's of where its leaking+go to a kawa dealer for the other parts or ebay world wide if you want them cheap
