ZX12 with ZX10 wheels

I don't know how it started but I was originally looking at after market light wheels for my 2006 12. I then saw 2008 ZX10 wheels on ebay one night and the next day I was picking them up.
For those interested it can be done, but it wasn't a simple change of spacers to the axle. Front wheel (with 310mm rotors) needed 5mm spacers for the callipers and 5mm spacer plates on both sides to widen the rotor centres.
The fun started on the rear wheel when converting from 25mm to 20mm axle, finding out the calliper clashes with the hub, getting a ZX14 rear brake bracket (increased to 250mm dia.) and finally fitting a ZZR1100 rear rotor which bolts on to hub. Luckily I have noted the dimensions but do not know if older ZX10 wheels are any different.
If anyone is interested I would be happy to provide more details. Was going to paint the wheels gold as the originals, but just could't do it. The Black and lime strip just grew on me during the 2 months on this project. The Nissin callipers are just great as I have the lever setting on 3 using 2 fingers comfortably and definitely notice improvement from the bike.
