well i had the zx12 on ebay and i was willing to go as low as 5500 for it
i got 3 bids the highest was for 5200.
its in the for sale section of this forum.
is there just no market for zx12s?
i havent ridden it since November but im not letting it go for a silly price.

I wanted a 12 when i was buying a new bike, but they were at least $1000 dearer than yours and i ruled them out.
Had yours been around you would have been in my price range, but only just.

Its a shame, i really like the 12.
Try the trading post, i wouldnt buy a bike off ebay. Bikesales is pretty useless too. Put your price up a bit as well, some people (me included) see cheap and assume there is something wrong.

its a 2000 model.
63000kms and stock as a rock.
i told a guy 5750 on the phone just then and hes gonna come and have a look at it.
i have an inkling the 2002 model about to go for 4250 has hurt my chances.

Today Shinny was trying to convince me to forget the 9s and go for the 12's and he did mention this beauty.
Still throwing the idea around in my head, dont know if i want such a big bike, if its still around when the cheque is in my hand ill be getting in touch with you

don't put too much stock into ebay prices - if the bloke selling that 12 had any brains, he would have put a decent reserve on it in the first place !

4 1/2 is a joke, he must have drug debts to pay !!!

Plus, there's no rego one it, and Ebay prices are really random, especially on bigger ticket items.

I'd be putting it on www.bikesales.com.au - it's summer, people wanna ride!!!!

My ZZR12 is not selling either.... I've had it advertised since November and only minimal interest. We recently dropped the price because I found my replacement bike... but still no joy... I compared it to others on the market and tried for a realistic price.. but maybe its too high still? Considered trading it briefly - but the local bike shops offer was offensive... is ebay worth a shot?
