milage zxr 750 H2
Posted: Fri May 08, 2009 7:34 pmHi new here am looking at buying a zxr 750H2 the bike looks clean milage is 50000 km is this a lot or is it worth going for. How high milage before engine renovation? Thanks for any answers JIM

They are a pretty bulletproof motor though and I wouldn't expect it would need a rebuild untill at least 130,000 or 140,000! Of course, that is provided it has been treated with respect and well serviced!

Posted: Mon May 11, 2009 11:32 amIf it helps. I have a ZXR750 93 model. It has done 89,000 plus kms. I have owned the bike for the last five years and have had no trouble with it at all. The engine is still strong and does not miss a beat.

Posted: Tue May 19, 2009 6:50 pmThanks for the help guys, funny enough i am also looking at a 93 model with only 27 thousand km on the clock the price is a bit higher on the 93 I am wondering if it is worth the xtra money for the 93 is it a better bike i will be using the bike 80% road 20% trackday. Cannot really make my mind up the H2 is a classic
