Would like to know if anyone has or knows if you can run a 96 ZX7 fuel tank on a ZXR750L1?
other than the fuel tap locations is there any other major differences?

Hi Dave.

The ZX7 and ZXR are two completely different bikes. I don't think the tank off one would fit the other. I may be wrong though.
I thought the bike you bought came with a tank??
I would have thought someone on this forum would be able to tell you for sure.
Ask the person you bought it off he should know.
