Postby up2nogood » Tue Sep 04, 2007 10:32 am

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone ever figured out how to eliminate the factory retarder in the first three gears? Now my warranty's dead I'd love to know how to get rid of it.....

Thanks for that, I thought there were some wires that could be snipped. Don't really want to muck with mapping without dynoing which then means a PC111...... Etc, etc, etc......

There was an aussie ZX12 site, but I can't find it anymore. Can't find the American one either...... Anyone got the links?

Let us know what you think of it Gos,

up2nogood, there is one. Its a G-Pack F'n Expensive about 350 from memory for 04-06 and the earlier models are around 550. These are supposed to remove every electronic restriction, and for that price they'd wanna shout the first round every time you stop at the pub. Look em up on EGay. ;)

consider it done......it should be pretty easy to tell the difference, you can switch these On/Off as required - Heh, I got wet-weather mapping !! The 12 is really a GP bike, just on steroids !!!!!
