Pulled like a train, stopped like an ocean tanker!

New pads and 5.1 fluid plus the rebuilt calliper then maybe a new MC? Or just stick a ZX7R front end on it!

Kinda but nothing too drastic! Start with fluid and pads and work from there!

Going to take out the pads, pump the pistons out, rebleed them, press the pistons back with the bleed valve open then close it off, put new pads in and give it a run up and down the road!
Try to get the previously rebuilt calliper to seal too then use that!
Rebuild the master cylinder too afterwards maybe?

Not sure I'd bother with the master cylinder myself - it works or it doesn't, and I can't see it contributing to fade.
