zxr750 1989 broken engine mount

1.5 days driving 1500kms home is always fun.

Well worth the trip over and back, seem to be doing it every 10 weeks now.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. Now the engine is on the table, the mount has been welded and I am about to put the engine back into the frame. I think this has happened because a previous owner reinstalled the engine but did not tight the engine adjusters sleeves to the correct torgue (similar stated earlier in this thread as a reminder to you I noticed).

How did all this end up for you - did you manage to fix it or... What I am worried about is that the welding will crack - we will see....
