5100 and 7100 are both great oils.its up to your pesonal preferance as to which oil to use

and yes keep write away from the cheap crap.i personly like full synthetic but thats just my personal preferance

life starts at 200 kph!

it holds its viscosity a lot better under extreme condisions(heat+power load) with less friction than any mineral type of oils PS i can't spell for shit sorry

I used Motul 5100 for the entire time of my B1 ownership and I must say that it preserved it perfectly well.
I swear by it and will continue to use it in my current E2 model.
