he has all sorts ranging from 4k to 14k... 6k is my recommendation and is what i have on my bike :kuda:

i believe that is the "spill-over" side effect.

i always notuce HID kits on old style headlights tend to just shine everywhere but where intended. :?

Which is exactly the concern i have about putting a HID kit on my bike.

If it's going to be a problem with older style bikes, I think I'll reconsider and just put in an extra bright globe and see how that goes, spent too much on the bike already anyway

EDIT I should say that the brighter globe will be one of the same wattage, just a clearer and cleaner globe like the NARVA Ice ones

Putting too bright a globe in can cause problems if the housing and/or wiring isn't rated for it. the latter is easily sorted out by running a relay and dedicated fusing and power cabling. the former, not so easily sorted out.

It's only an issue with reflector housing headlights. If you have projectors, you're laughing 8)
