what i did after the first time in changing the battery is leaving the top bolt out so you don't have too strip half the bike to change the battery or check fuses,,,,,,,as for pulling the fairing out a little bit it doesn't need much to get the battery tray to slide all the way out,,,,,,i have done this to both the A & B models i have,,,,,,cheers paul
