Im after the measurement of the rack for a ZX9R 2000 model.The distance between the 2 long brackets that run under
rear cowl and turn up behind seat.Need the width between both up turned peices that the top rack fits to please.

aren't all the racks the same width? That's the measurement you are after?

Nope 2000/2001 are different to 2002/2003 zx9s When I get a chance I can measure the didstance between the top tubes that the rack slides into on my 01 which should be the same as a 2000.

all the racks are not the same thats why ventura give them part numbers so to speak i have2 racks and only one fits my 12 and the other fits a zzr they may fit other models just depends how they made the mounting brackets what exactly are you trying to do that requires the measurements
If it aint broke don't fix it just gain more horsepower
