yeh we all have had the pain of changing plugs in a ZX12R before - and what a nightmare it is I put everything back together after fitting the iridiums, because they last so long.......

You may need to have the injectors cleaned - check the fuel pump as well, sometimes they go without warning......and if you still have issues, use the fault-code wire in the harness - up near the boot under the pillion seat (its a yellow wire with a female connector) - and check to see if there are any fault codes stored in the ECU.
