Zx2r Headlights

Hi, I recently have bought a zx2r and noticed that the lights don't really point towards the ground. Instead it points upwards in the sky horizontal (very weird). Is there a way to make them point to the ground?

There should be adjustments behind the headlights. Something in between the size of a 5c and 10c piece you can adjust with a phillips head. One side will be to adjust horizontal and the other will be vertical. I think that's how most bikes of the time could be adjusted.
