Naming a bike

luminously challenged.

My wife names all our cars and all my bikes , I am currently riding Katrina a 2000 ZX6R .

Ken, Your wife lets you ride other women????? or is the zx6 like a huricane?

I know some of you usually give your bikes a nic name as I do..... But sitting down with my 8 year old son the other night and we decided that the ZX9 is going to be called Buzz (as in Buzz light year) cause the colours are the same .... as my Lad pointed out. Gonna get a couple of Buzz stickers on the front and wind down my boys medication a fraction

Ha My Bike's name is Buzz! But because ashe looks like an angry little wasp, and she also has a Buzz lightyear sticker on her undertail, almst like a tramp stamp!

Thanks to Glen my 6 is called Frankenstein, because it's made up of bits from different bikes.

The new one's called Frankenbandit, same deal.

I can't recall ever naming a bike??? But I can't recall much about yesterday either so that's not definitive! But, I do find it hard to name a machanical item. If it were a fluffy toy, I could manage the leap. But, I struggle with motorvehicles. Unless I had a Kawasaki green Xm Falcon Coupe, then it would be Kermit!

Never got into naming bikes although when things went hay wire i'd have a choice of colourful options..
