zxr250 ignitor

Postby vr4goleta » Thu May 12, 2011 8:31 pm

Ok back in October i picked up a zxr250c as a project bike, and recently i picked up a zxr250a which was supposed to be a doner bike but turned out to be better condition than the c (except for the hole in the crankcase) so i have swapped engines over so the running engine from the c is in the a,

the problem im having is iv also fit the ignitor from the c as the a was missing it, but the wiring is in different positions and has a couple of different coloured wires, which that crap is easy enough to figure out.

The part number on the ignitor is 21119-1322 which according to my reserch (correct me if im wrong) this is from a zxr400, so basically I am just after a part number for a zxr250a ignitor

any help is appreciated

I found this page which led me to here. Much cocking about with google translate got me part of the way there,
I ended up finding the part numbers for the A & C ZXR250 (21119-1263, 21119-1322), with your C being the 1322, i checked and there is one on UK ebay for sale for 49 quid.link, a shade over $84 posted.
ENJOY!
