zxr250,zxr400 brakes

hey guys i have a brain picker for anyone who knows these bike i want braided lines for my zxr250 but HEL brakes only have a line kit for the zxr400 all i know is that the master cylinder is the same on the zxr250 a,c models and zxr400 l model my other option is just take the lines to a brake place and get them to copy but HEL lines have a good name for themself??? right,,,, and they also will do black fittings with green hose hehe cheers

Where are you at? if sydney Motorsport connections In seven Hills can do new braided lines pretty cheep & they are ADR compliant ... just as good as hell lines

had a look at their website they use aluminum fittings on stainless braided hose not a big fan of this aluminum and stainless done corrode to well together have u fitted these on your bike??? how long have u had them??? any problems etc etc

Their web site is not very comprehensive
They have been customers of mine for about 6 years so I have been dealing with them for that period of time.
I have had 5 sets made up for various bikes & you have the choice of stainless fittings or aluminium & they have all the gear you would need including copper washers & double banjo bolts for 2 line conversion, they even had the fine thread banjo for the brembo Master Cylinder that I needed as my order from the Canada had the wrong one
In most cases I have used the original lines as examples of banjo angles & length & I have never had a problem & they would generally only take 1 day to make them up.
There has never been leaks, sweating or any problems associated with their braided lines & the best thing is flexability compared to shop bought ones if you want to run the lines in a different position etc.
There are plenty of shops that will do braided lines you just have to find them.... I think Rocket industries also do them & they are closer to you at Huntingwood Ph: (02) 8825 1962
My suggestion would be to call around first to make sure the shop has & does what you want...

When Matty next has the 2nahalfR in the trailor we'll compare with J's 400 mate.
