torque settings!!

torque settings!! please help i have a '2000' zx6r 'j1' model i have just changed the rocker gaskets and managed to snap a bolt!! so i have taken the cam locator off to drill out the snapped bolt, but before i put everything back together i need the torque seeting for the following;
rocker cover;
cam guide; to which the rocker cover bolts to,
PLEASE somebody help im stuck and wanna go ride!!! ;-)
