ZXR 250 footpeg brackets

After an unfortunate incident after some light rain, I need a new LHS mounting bracket for my footpeg/gearshifter. I was wondering if anyone knows if the brackets/rearsets for any other models are compatible? I'm expecting the 400 to be, but it would be easier if I knew I could get other models too (specifically hoping some of the kaneg rearsets might fit ...).

Is being able to bolt on the bracket all that matters, or could the other parts (gearshifter etc) just be wrong for the bike?

find a metal working shop that has a tig preferably or amig set up to weld ali COMPOUNDS and ask a price ..................and remember the weld willl never be as strong as the original caste ..................should cost you around 30.00 for his time..............unless............ it's in lotsa pieces...........
