Gearing for QR

Wondering what gearing people are using for the National, Clubman ans Spring circuits at QR. I have a 91 ZXR750.

My ZX7R is stock at the moment but based on prev data (ZX6R + my CBR6) I will be dropping one of the front and adding 3 to the back
