there should be a key hole to put your key in and turn to "pop" the rear seat cowel off.
PC is normally under the back seat, or under the riders seat.

yeah i was looking for a key hole but i cant seem to find one anywhere near it or around the rear seat any where

look under back, near the pipe. the Z1000 ones were hidden up underneath
