Postby DanSharp » Tue Oct 07, 2008 5:59 pm

Hi i'm new to the forum. I own a 2000 zx6r just wondering what you guys think is the best sprocket setup for mainly city riding with the odd bit of Mt Macedon and that sort of riding.
Cheers

Stock sprockets will give the best overall gearing, for city riding or the occasional strop in the twisties.

Drop down 1 tooth at the front if you want/need to be a bit quicker off the mark.

Drop down 2 or 3 teeth at the rear if you want longer legs out on the highway.

Thats about it really........

Don't worry about the gearing for the road mate.
