How much fork oil goes into the USDs on a ZX-9R 1997 B?

Hey lads

Caught away from home and without my service manual - can anyone with the manual tell me how much oil goes into each fork?

Suspension Settings Data.

Stock suspension settings.

Front forks ..
Fork Oil - after stripdown/dry - or - (oil change only)
B1, B2 and US B3 - 463 +- 4 ml (395 ml)
B4 & UK B3 - 457 +- 4 ml (390 ml)
C (all) - 565 +- 4ml (479 ml)
E (to '00, not sure after) - 535 +- 4ml (455 ml)

or you could use ....
Fork oil level. ***Oil level mesured from top of tube, spring removed, damper rod fully inserted and fork fully compressed***

B1, B2 and US B3 - 86 +- 2mm
B4 & UK B3 - 90 +- 2mm
C (all) - 123 +- 2mm
E (>'00 not sure after) - 118 +-2mm

Fork Preload.

B - 15mm (6th Mark)
C - 17mm (7th mark)
E (>'00 ") - 13mm

Fork rebound.

B - 6th click out from max
C - 5th click out from max
E (>'00 ") - 8th click out from max

Fork Compression damping.

B - 5th click out from max
C - 7th click out from max
E (>'00 ") - 8th click out from max



Rear Shock....

Preload..
B - compress spring by 12 mm
For C & E modles, take all load from rear shock ( lift the back of the bike so shock is fully extended) and measure the spring length.
C. spring length 192.5mm ......? .5mm?? measure that if ya can.!
E. spring length 178.5mm

Rear Shock Rebound damping.

B - position 2
C - 5th click out from max
E (>'00 ") - 8th click out from max

Rear Shock Compression damping.
B1, B2 and US B3 - 10th click out from max
B4 & UK B3 - 12th click out from max
C - 12th click out from max
E (>'00 ") 10th click out from max

Always remove springs and do by air-chamber size in mm...
