Highly doubt it.

Why do you need a slipper?

yes to club racing and seniors meetings.
I have been lucky to have had a few bikes and all had slippers, mind you the Tuono was a vacumn slipper and confused me a lot.The ER6 hasn`t and I find it frustrating sometimes{maybe an inability to match revs on downshift on some corners, mainly "crash"} other than that it`s a great bike on track.

By not matching are you low or high?
If you're low I'd suggest a QA throttle to make it easier to get that little higher on a blip.
Could be a cheap as chips fix with a few alterations to your riding style?
