Mine suffered the OEM failure around 80,000 klms = 8yrs old.

Replaced with Delkivic, first Rad was obviously on the piss when I opened the box, sent back.

No new ones avail in OZ, so was replaced with a new one direct from the factory in China, took 2 weeks.

New one has done about 28,000 klm's (touch wood) trouble free klms.

If I had the spare cash I would opt for the Tealdo, Aussie peso is lot better now than when I needed my rad.

Thanks mate. Looks like ill be going the tealdo once I have the funds together. A lot to pay for at the moment and I just have to have the bike sit for a few weeks and then get it sorted.

Had the OEM with the usual leak. Had it fixed twice (repaired - brazed), then had the offending 2 bars pinched shut.
Replaced with Delkevic which didn't leak but didn't cool as well.
Now have the Tealdo and absolutely no complaints. Be sure to use the proper coolant.
Have used the original brackets. Had to bend the sides of the radiator guard to make it fit.

Bill.

While on the topic of radiators, I had my rad out the other day and there was a stone caught between the fan shroud and the radiator- if left it would have rubbed a hole in the rad core. Pulled the fan off and one of the spot welds holding one of the three 'legs' on had cracked most the way around and was about to fall off. Cracked the outer shroud all the way through too. Worth a check. :shock:

Can't buy the fan shroud on its own- $887.62 for a new one including fan. Wow. Glad I have a MIG. :shock:

Looks like ill be going for a delkevic at the moment. My bike isn't a daily but I just want to get the bike back on the road. And for less than half of what the tealdo is worth if it lasts me a year until I can afford a tealdo then that will do me.

Hey just saw this on ZRXOA;

" PWR was $615, a mate got me 1 on his account for $468. "

Thats from an Aussie board member, posted 18/2/2013.
Actually says ARE in post not PWR, but is corrected in a later post.

If you buy the Tealdo radiator from Kwick, he may also sell you a Suzuki fan, for a lot cheaper that OEM.
