Z750 buzzing over 6000rpm

Hey guys,
Something thats been bugging me since i got the 750. Over 6000rpm the engine starts to get a Noticeable buzz, both sound and vibration. I've had other bikes where you get a buzz for 500rpm or so, but this lasts all the way to redline.
I dont have any service logs for the bike, so at 45000k's i dont know if the cam chain or anything like that has been done.
I'm thinking either camchain/CCT or throttle body balance.
Thoughts?

Cheers, Lurch

could be loose engine mounts ? I think I recall seeing something about the engine mounts can work themselves a bit loose on these early 750 motors ??

Don't know about those motors but had similar on my ZR7 (air/oil cooled 750) and problem was loose front engine mounts and exhaust flanges, be worth a look to check it out!
