Muzzy ZRX Adjustable advancer plate??

Ok guys,, who know anything about these things. I know Ted from ZRXOA isnt making anymore of his advancers, but this looks even better. http://www.muzzys.com/advancer/
Does anyone know how much you need to advance the ZRX to make them better??
Any help would be great. :)
