Z1000 "07" Model ..

Postby MIKER » Wed Jun 27, 2007 8:21 pm

i own a new ZRX1200R & VN2000 , i am happy with both bikes very much so . but i am thinking of selling the VN2000 , to purchase a Z1000 "07" Model . i test riden Z1000 07 recently & didnt want to return the damn thing , i want to keep the ZRX for sports / touring & possibly get a Z1000 for more aggressive riding etc .
what are members thoughts , would you keep the cruiser or add another sports bike to the stable ?
thanks in Advance ..

if I had those two bikes i would be getting ride of the VN2000 for something more different than the ZRX, you already have something you can be comfortable on longish rides and stil push through the twistees, the Z will just do the same sort of job for you as that, albeit a little sportier. I would be getting a pure sports like a zx10 or similar, and then you have your exitement and your sensible bike. But thats just me :D

If it was me I'd keep the Vn for those days when you just want to go cruisin with the missus and trade the ZRX on the Z1000, best of both worlds!

nah , the ZRX stays . cruisers are nice machines , only very sedate . actually they can be very boring to ride , the ZRX is a exciting naked sports tourer IMO . the Z1000 is a naked super bike , handles & goes very nice & looks totally insane .. 8)

here here, keep the zrx and get a z1000, it is after all a sports bike with no fairing as opposed to the muscle bike that the zrx is. the zrx is the perfect bike for a sunday cruise with the missus ;) ;)

i love my zrx, i dare say that it will be making a trip to the island in october - that way i can flatten any wildlife that try to assult me ;)

flog the cruiser
