Sad postscript...

Watching the news tonight and saw that my SS was involved in a police chase near Campbelltown when the thieves had a head on with another vehicle killing its innocent male driver. My problems fade to insignificance when you think of this guy and his family... RIP.

The thieves were aged 13, 15 and 22. What the hell is going on in this city?

Huge thanks to all for offers of help and support... Phil, looks like I owe you set of bar-ends that were on the bike. I'll do you a deal with the recent imports.

Bloddy hell what a twist!

Re. The dipshits breaking into your house while you you were asleep the same thing happened to friends of mine. Went into their bedroom and the bedrooms of some of their 4 kids, stole a lot of stuff and didn't know they were there until they couldn't find a watch in the morning. police told them they know of a group of kids working with an adult doing these crimes. Needless to say thay have an expensive alarm system fitted now and they arm it at night.

The police rang last night... The 22 year-old was released from hospital and charged while his two underage mates are still in hospital one on his death bed and the other with spinal injuries (so we were told)... The mind just boggles at this whole thing and how people barely older than my own kids get mixed up in shit like this.

No sign of my bike and I had to remaind the police that it was still missing... Don't really want it back now.

Absolute pricks. It's so totally fucked up that these morons have 1.Done what they have done in the first place and 2. That yet another family will be missing an innocent loved one for ever.

These pricks should all be strung up. It's an unfortunate fact that a slap on the wrist and a weak as piss sentence will be more than likely handed out.

Not only do my condolences go out to the family of the innocent driver but also to you and your family Ian. You've been caught up in this at zero fault of your own.

Hope your ok mate

What a twist! Hope your family are all ok. Cars and bikes are replaceable, kids, parents and family are not! A sad Christmas is on the cards for a number of people due to the stupidity of these little turds!

Hope these kid's parents have the book thrown at them! Little shits! :x

You tend to take for granted that your kids will be safe in their own homes. I bet if you had a dog and dog went these kids, you would be liable......You just can't win!

Hope you all have a fantastic Christmas and put this horrible event behind you. Chin up for a better 2011!

I'm just listening to the news about this now. These assholes went on crime spree and broke into 3 or 4 homes that morning.
The 22 year old charged was out on bail and has a list of charges as long as your arm...!
