as it's been raining since i put that new tire on i figured i'd better check the air pressure before taking off for breakfast....
it's reading about 6 PSI low so i pump it up to 42 cold
mostly highway on the way up but the bikes feeling a bit funky & i'm getting no feedback from the back of the Barge on the ramps
anyway a few of the lads wanted to go for a ride so i picked the route with the most corners to the destination....
so i'm fookin' around a bit in the corners thinkin' "This aint right!"
check the pressure again & it's around 48-50 PSI back there (hot)...my gauge only goes to 40...LOL...
like trying to corner on a soccer ball...LOL
so dropped her down to 40-42 hot & it was a lot better
this "C" carcass is built like a brick shythouse so i'll check the cold pressure & may have to experiment with the pressure a bit
btw the "C", as i understand it, is designed to flex less while vertical to reduce heat & therefore give longevity
anyway here's some bike porn from this morning....
