Well spotted Brett - unrestored 1977 UK Parakeet Yellow model - just like the one I bought brand new back then (except a lot straighter than that one ended up)!!!
I do like riding the 400 through the tight roads - here's a pic up at Mitta Mitta - on route to Canberra from Melbourne couple of years or so ago after the ride down from Omeo.
A bit grubby - went through some rain on the way up from Melbourne!!

Awesome!

My first 'big' bike was a 550F SuperSport, though I always liked those pipes you only got on the 400. I built it up from two clunkers. Landed up using both front discs and drilling them - whooo twin discs in those days! In truth those huge solid discs were as heavy as, but it looked cool. I also had clubman 'dropped' bars on it. Come to think of it, if I had it now all I'd need to do was put bar-end mirrors on it and some exhaust wrap, and I could sell it for a bomb as a "Cafe Racer"!

Heh!
