I find it a good idea if the price is right but why dont you also try advertising on VJMC (VINTAGE JAPANESSE MOTORCYCLE CLUB) that way you would attract the attention off blokes that are restoring old bikes all the time,if you dont mind i will post your email address and what your about if you like with the club.

there will be some interest in both the VJMC and especially the Z Owners - the Victorian branch is the most active.

I have a Z1A in the green/gold scheme which could use some new-paint lovin'......but it is a few bikes down the food chain at the moment.

Just trying to be clear on your service, you're not painting up our body work but we send you our old and tired (but original) tank, tail and side covers and you send back a tank and replica side covers that you've already painted and keep our original stuff for a fee?

that is correct some people dont want to sit and wait for a month whilst i paint there own panels and tank plus most of the old panels are getting very fragile with 40 years of sun that has made them brittle and done them real damage to them even when you re weld broken parts they tend to snap again on the old part somewhere else

i can paint yours if you wish tho its just a faster tun around time if they already painted ready to ship some tanks are that bad iv been offered tho i wont take them as they are too rotten with rust to even repair all my tanks are rust free that i send out hope this clear a few questions up for you guys
