I got pretty lucky on the day - it was high-20's temp, not a whisper of a breeze - all done outside of course - and I did a light sand between coats, with maybe 2 hours between each coat ? Ended up with about 4 good coats all up.

cheers - one of the most successful sidecars in Oz in the 70's was a z900-based chair, running Webers. It hammered. A few people have said the same thing to me about the induction note - apparently it is way different to normal slide carbs. I better make sure my tackle doesn't get sucked into a velocity stack !!
