 he'll ride it like a man possessed !!

Mate, that is a really tidy rig you have there, I can see you are very proud of your baby ....

The guys at CMCC told me a few years ago that there was some bloke down the South Coast who could ride an old Z like a demon, apparently he had owned a couple ? and used to get bits and pieces from them.........would this be you ?

LG585. I have to say old son, that is the finest looking thing I've seen in a long time. Like Strika I just sat here for about 5 minutes gawking at the photo. I love the look of those and with the extra bits mate I have to say a very hearty Phaaaark.

Nice work mate

Yeah guys,
I tried to make the monster a little differnt to everyone else's at the time, but not outrageous, swingarm came about when I did some "minor " engine upgrades and it just about twisted the arse end off on the first high rpm gear change, probably can't see it in the pic but suspension is pretty well tied together so I don't get unwelcome surprises.
I will get the camera out in the near future and do some pics of other minor things I've done in the name of uniqueness.

Strika Mate,
Most of my living family now live out the east side of Melbourne so accomodation is no prob, but thanks heaps.
Re treating it like mine not yours, it can take a fair bit of high rev punishment, when I was single and both my folks lived in Adelaide I used to do quite a lot of high speed runs to see them.

Gosling 1,
May or may not have been me but yes, I used ride like a road crazy, and bought up heaps of spares, mainly to build more of the Z beasties, mainly for mates who having been on the "dark side" wanted to be one of us, ie Z riders.
What I find funny is when some young maggot on a new wonder bike gets out accelarated by something that is 1. older than him. 2. has wire wheels and is not a chook chaser. 3. they have never seen one before. And I forgot 4. the old fart riding is nearly old enough to be his granddad.
In saying all that I did have a ZXR 750 and loved it, but it just is'nt the same.

Cheers
