GPZ 900 sprocket change.

Thinking about dropping down to 16t front sprocket, to give more pull low - mid range . Is it worthwhile & will it affect speedo calibration. Appreciate any advice, cheers.

No speedo alteration- speedo is driven off front wheel. Slightly less chain life as chain has to bend tighter around front sprocket. Probably would make a bit of dfference to acceleration pull. I'd check on the web for others who have done the same thing to that bike- make sure it doesn't rub the swingarm or anything with the smaller sprocket.
2 X ZRX1200R 4 X ER6N, GT550, 1988 ZX-10, 4 X GPZ250R, 4 X GPZ900R and GPZ750R :) Yeah I like Kawasakis.
