Postby jacobb » Sun Nov 04, 2012 4:16 pm

Can anyone help me out that owns a gpz1100 B2 with some photos/measurements of the LHS grab rail mount - I went to put on a grab rail I got recently and found that the LHS mount was cut off WTF! (see photos)

no probs - I don't have a B2 frame but the twin-shock frames were all pretty similiar. Almost looks like the bracket section has rusted off ? or someone has cut it off with a gas-axe some time in the past....I'll get a photo of PC's 750, it is a 1982 model and has the same brackets as the B2.

I took these of my GPz750 (same as what Gos was referring to). Looks a little different but might be of use.

Cheers for the pics dub! I think it may be slightly different though,

I reckon I'll shape a bit of flat to the same shape/size as the LHS one, get the hole in the right size spot and then put it a spacer around the bolt to get the grab rail to line up properly, maybe tack a bolt on to the rear side...

Will upload a pic of the LHS one shortly...
