G'day all, just wanted to tell people about the annual get together for GPZ900R owners. It is called " The Great Ride Down and Across " THGRDA. Last year we got about 20 GPZ's together ( one guy, Rudi, shipped his bike all the way from Germany !!!!! ) The trip involves bikes travelling down from QLD and picking up riders along the way, and bikes coming over from west Oz to meet up in Bathurst then travel down to the World superbikes at Phillip Is. Last year was a hoot !!! and made a DVD of the trip. Looks like we will have 2 GPZ nuts coming from the UK and Malta for the next ride !!! All the info is on the GPZ owners club site, which has 'bout 600 members world wide with EVERYTHING technical about the 900r, from perfect mint condition, full restorations and modded / fighters , the lot all with heaps of pics !!!! Also has an online spare parts shop which has nearly everything needed for the 900. Only costs 5 UK pounds, $8.00 to join the forum, well worth it !!!!!
