I'm looking for a manual for 87 GPX750R

Postby bicter » Wed Mar 05, 2008 8:40 am

I've just purchased and got on the road an old 87 GPX750R - It's a grey import.

Now I'm trying to get hold of a softcopy of the service manual.

To date I've obtained the following:

gpx750_parts_manual.pdf - Full parts list
gpx750_service_ch1.pdf - General information
gpx750_service_ch10.pdf - Final Drive
gpx750_service_ch11.pdf - Brakes
gpx750_service_ch12.pdf - Suspension
gpx750_service_ch13.pdf - Steering

I've also managed to locate a full copy of the service manual unfortunately however it's in German
I'm happy to upload these english versions to you but am concerned about the size (12MB)

I've searched these forums without success. If anyone can provide either a full softcopy in English or the missing chapters, I'd be most appreciative :)

Alternatively, is there anyone in Brisbane prepared to lend me a copy so I can scan it?

Thanks
bicter

Hi Bicter

I have a workshop manual that i'm sure would cover it as i have a 88 GPX750R and i don't think there would be a lot of difference between the models.

Let me know what chapters you need and a mailing address and i will photocopy and post it to you.

PM me for email address etc.

Do it in sections ... .the last thing ya wanna do is get to the 80th page and ya pute crashes .. ..

Your scanner should come with some a PDF output file option if its a fairly new one.

Failing that .... send it up, Ill scan the bugger and post it back to ya with payment for the post up! .. Seriously.

Hi How did you go with a manual. I downloaded one the other day in PDF. Cost about $10.
